Refund Policy
Each of our "clients" has their own specific refund policy in place and it is clearly stated when transacting with them as per our usage agreement with them. Webulation's refund policy is as follows: Any Webulation services paid for can be refunded by request within 30 days of payment. If services have been rendered and you are still within the 30 days, a pro-rated refund can be given.
Any services or products provided by any Webulation client or hosted organization, are bound by the specific organization's refund policy and do not fall under Webulation's policy. If you have a dispute with a hosted organization, please contact us and we will ascertain if we need to become a mediator in the situation.
